A while back The Velmas were featured on Q’s House Internet Radio & PodCast and are now in the running for their Artist of the Year Award. Help us out by emailing Q@QsHouse.com and tell them why you think we should be Q’s House Artist of the Year 2008. What does our music mean to you? Describe a show experience. Why are we ready for the next level? How has our music inspired you? What makes us unique?
Have your vote count twice by also voting during a live Q’s House show on January 6th and 13th from 8-10pm est. Votes can be made via IM or Chat Room. Voters may also be randomly selected to receive a Q’s House Care Package of Music and other Merchandise.”
These emails will be reviewed by club owners, promoters, managers, and others in the music industry including Tom Player, Player Entertainment Law, Andrew Harvey, Station Manger: Bassendeantown Radio, Kim Fobert of SBE Music, Qs House Music Expert, “Rock Star” Rhonda and more TBA. They will also consider music and web site of each finalist.
